BSN True Mass is a great muscle mass gainer for building lean muscles, and makes a great shake in either chocolate, vanilla or strawberry flavors. But there are other ways to pack on the pounds besides drinking it. I like to mix my BSN True Mass with wheat pancake mix to create a hot delicious breakfast or snack. Heat a griddle until water dances on the grill.
Follow the directions on the pancake batter box, usually its one cup of batter versus 3/4 cup of no-fat milk. I add equal amounts BSN True mass powder and another 3/4 cup of no-fat milk and mix well with a whisk. You want to make sure the batter is thick, and all the lumps are gone.
You can vary the consistency, but pour on the griddle about the size of your palm. Watch the batter for bubbles to pop up, and when they cover the surface of the pancake, flip. You want both sides golden brown, but flip only once.
Drizzle with organic honey for a protein packed power breakfast that will pack on the mass. You can add sliced fruit or a fruit compote to the top for additional flavor. If you’re hungry for a snack take two hotcakes, slather with peanut butter and fold in half for a portable treat.

Create chocolate pancakes with a peanut butter spread for that candy bar craving, or strawberry hotcakes with sliced bananas and honey.
