DESIGNED FOR: Healthy adults 18-50 years of age seeking to support energy, performance, and muscle development prior and during resistance exercise or other forms of training or exercise.
RECOMMENDED USE TO ASSESS YOUR TOLERANCE: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming ½ bottle or less of N.O.-XPLODE IGNITER SHOT. Wait 60 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume an additional ½ bottle or less and assess your tolerance. DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN 3 BOTTLES WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD.
RECOMMENDED USE ON TRAINING DAYS: Once your tolerance has been assessed, consume 1 bottle or less 30-45 minutes before training. If appropriate, after 2 hours consume an additional 1 bottle. To achieve maximum results take on an empty stomach (i.e. at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour after drinking a protein shake).
NON-TRAINING DAYS: If desired, consume 1 bottle or less (depending on your tolerance) on an empty stomach.
