Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How fast do you ship out your products?
A. We generally ship out products within 2-4 business days from our central warehouse.
Q. Do you ship outside the United States?
A. We will only ship within the United States and Canada. Canadian customers agree to pay any and all duties that are due upon receipt of packages. Evitaminworld reserves the right to rebill you for any charges that are not paid to Canadian Customs Service
Q. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A. No. Both FedEx and UPS will require a physical address to deliver to. Any orders placed with a PO Box as a ship to address will be immediately cancelled.
Q. Do you allow returns?
A. Yes. We allow returns on all products that are unopened. Shipping charges are not refundable once an order is set as completed in our system. Return shipping charges will be the customers responsibility.
Q. Can I get an exchange for the same product but different flavor?
A. Yes, provided the item is unopened and you require an exchange for a different flavor of the same product, please report it to customer service immediately. DO NOT OPEN THE ITEM AS WE WILL NOT HONOR THIS REQUEST UNLESS THE ORIGINAL SEAL IS ON THE PRODUCT. ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER - THIS INCLUDES THE RETURNING OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT TO OUR WAREHOUSE, AS WELL AS THE COST TO SHIP THE NEW FLAVOR BACK OUT TO YOU.
Q: Why do you not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands?
A: Due to certain restrictions we cannot ship to these destinations.
Q. Do you charge an additional handling fee?
A. Yes. We generally charge a handling fee per product of $2 - $5 dollars.
Q: I have lost my password, can you resend it to me?
A: Please visit our main page and click on Login found at the top right corner, click the recover password link found under the password field (click here to reset your password)
Q. My order was declined, then why is there a pending charge on my credit card?
A. Our system initially tries to get an authorization; that is the part that is pending if your order is in the declined status -- we have not yet deducted funds from your credit card account and this should automatically clear up within 3-4 business days.
APO/FPO
We will contact customers via email with the appropriate shipping charges, or to obtain any additional information needed to process your order.
Orders to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via US Postal Service Insured Mail. We will send an email to you with the insured postal charges. Customers must reply with their acceptance of these charges before orders will be shipped. All shipments must meet the requirements of the US Postal Service. Each package must weigh less than 70 lbs. and have a maximum combined length + girth of 108" (72" for some addresses).
Post Office Boxes
Our shipping courier will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide an alternate street address in the shipping information fields. We only ship via the postal service for APO/FPO orders. Please refer to information at the top of the page.
Missing Orders
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can only be claimed, not traced, after 30 business days from the ship date. Replacement orders or credits for damaged or missing orders will not be issued until the US Postal Service has approved the claim; the claims process could take as long as 4 - 6 weeks.
